Our Mission
Felons Ain’t Failures 42 Corp (FAF42) is a justice-focused non-profit dedicated to empowering current incarcerated individuals, returning citizens, and at-risk youth through identity development, mental and emotional healing, behavioral change, and storytelling. Our programs help individuals break cycles, strengthen decision-making, and become the 'next' and best version of themselves.
Transforming lives through identity, mental health and purpose.

Our Impactful Programs
Incarcerated Identity Development Initiative
Our initiative focuses on supporting incarcerated individuals in their journey of identity development, mental and emotional healing, and behavioral change. We provide resources and guidance to help them transform their lives and prepare for reentry into society.
Youth Empowerment & Mentorship Program
Our program aims to empower at-risk youth through mentorship, educational support, and enrichment activities. By providing a supportive environment, we help them build the necessary skills and confidence to make positive life choices and avoid the cycle of incarceration.
Reentry Employment Training
We offer specialized employment training and support for returning citizens, with a focus on addressing the unique challenges they face. Our program includes skills training, job placement assistance, and resources to help them secure stable employment and reintegrate successfully into society.
Community Storytelling & Healing Workshops
We conduct storytelling and healing workshops to facilitate emotional and mental well-being for individuals impacted by incarceration. By sharing and processing their experiences, participants find strength and healing, breaking free from the stigma and limitations often associated with a criminal record.
